Chili's | Chili's Lifestyle



While Chili's is recognized and favored by consumers nationally, its previous efforts to tell its story relied heavily on the brand's voice alone. We sought to drive engagement and increase brand sentiment by tapping into the audiences of impactful influencers who genuinely love Chili's. 

We hand-selected micro-influencers that displayed above average engagement rates, showed an organic love for Chili's, and embodied Chili's lifestyle to tell the brand's story in their own voices to Chili's target audience, millennials, as they tend to switch between casual dining restaurants. 

We successfully partnered with a total of 18 influencers to create 35 pieces of content, which resulted in a 6.8% campaign engagement rate and organically reached over 2 million fans with over 141K engagements. We were also thrilled to see that several of the influencers' posts featuring the Chili's logo or food outperformed their other recent sponsored content by up to 3,000%.
