In search of a Head Blogge for her new IAmASuperWoman.com website, Alicia Keys turned to Monster. We created a program that generated buzz and built awareness for the brand's tools while driving site traffic.

Consumers could only apply on Monster.com, with links from Alicia's website. With a strong call-out on the Monster homepage, the job description featured images and video of Alicia, winner of 13 Grammy Awards. Monster was included on the April 6 launch on ABC's Good Morning America and the winner announcement on the show's Summer Concert Series segment in New York's Central Park.

Monster used its powerful 6Sense search technology to deliver 60 of the most qualified applicants to Alicia's Selection Committee, which included Ted Gilvar, Monster's chief marketing officer.
